Ward Industries has introduced its revolutionary duct connection product, Quick Flange^TM. Quick Flange^TM cuts flange installation time in half for commercial/industrial ductwork applications saving time and money for ductwork fabricators without reducing connection strength. This improved version of the current flange designs manufactured by Ward Industries includes prepunched holes in the flange for easier insertion and securement of fasteners without the need for cumbersome clamps or specialized tools. The most popular J Class Flange profile manufactured by Ward Industries offers the ability to save money through the use of a lighter gauge of sheet metal for the ductwork in many applications, a unique reinforcing rib to stiffen the flange profile, and a deeper butyl pocket for sealing the cut ends of sheet metal against air leakage.
